Observation

0345(2): Licensor observed center was running mixed-age groupings when licensors arrived. Children were in an classroom together aged 2 years to 6 years. 0345(3): Licensor observed 2 children climbing on shelving and over center walls in the preschool classroom adjacent to the classroom they were being supervised in. Both staff members were unaware that the children had left the space. 0345(5)(b): Licensor observed multiple doors in the classrooms leading to the outside do not have any chimes or ways to hear if the doors are opening.
